Hope in hand, love, and peace, joys and pains, walks in the rain, Glory dazes to come. We sacrifice everything to serve our country and fight for what we believe is right and good in the world.
Only to be kicked out of our homes, unable to find jobs because they think we are crazy and going to flip out and kill people. Yeah we have our demons but we deal with them. We don't go around abusing and killing people. Everyday vets, need a little help to carry on, in daily lives, houses, homes, help needed to stand tall again.
To all my friends who are going through some issues right now--let's start an intention avalanche. We all need positive intentions right now. If I don't see your name, I'll understand. May I ask my friends wherever you might be, to kindly copy and paste this status for one hour to give a moment of support to all of those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, worries of any kind and just needs to know that someone cares. Do it for all of us, for nobody is immune.
I hope to see this on the walls of all my friends just for moral support. I know some will!!! I did it for a friend and you can also. Veterans that have their, daily nightmares, battles and wars, lights to shine, hope to last: Hope is to hold on, pain ends, tales to share of the luck, and the love, all the tests over time, coins to flip: own lives because they can't deal with nightmares of battle, loss of brothers and sisters and survival guilt. Yes lots make it out of service and go on to live prosperous lives and a great asset to their community. Sadly most are treated just like this man right here.. Homeless, unable to find work, so they resort to begging for change just to get a meal then they are cussed, treated with hate and discontent, beaten and abused.. This has got to stop!!!

Unfortunately, we are quick judging others by their looks and behind many of those devastated faces is a story that leads them to live in a poor and emotionaly sad misery. We are living hard times, people losing their jobs, their homes and families. Veterans living the nightmares of terrible memories that also ends in destroying their lives.
I have seen couples with children carrying bags sitting in sidewalks waiting for a miracle, others pushing carts with their belongings looking for a place where they can feel safe.Lots of veterans, lots of sad stories, no where to go, homeless on the streets. We don't know what is inside their minds and hearts, we can't tell and judge the agony they are living.
